Where is venna.studio located?

venna.studio is located in Brno, at Náměstí 28. října 17, where you can visit us by previous agreement. For more info about the date and exact location, please contact us directly via instagram message or via e mail info@vennastudio.com.


Why linen?

Linen is no longer just associated with the hippie community, its ecological impact makes it key to sustainable fashion and international designers are slowly reintroducing it into their collections. The cultivation and processing of the plant has a tradition of more than a thousand years in our geographic locations and it is one of our cultural plants. The indisputable advantage of linen over cotton is the much lower consumption of water and pesticides during cultivation. Its processing produces another valuable raw material - flaxseed oil. Linen is antibacterial, so it is suitable for allergy sufferers and can protect the skin from UV rays. The fabric ages very slowly, can handle high finishing temperatures and can keep your skin comfortably cool in summer and help to keep you warm in winter. The fact that the fibre is strong makes the fabric prone to creasing, however, this property fades over time and the canvas becomes softer and more tender.


When can I expect my piece from venna.studio?

We start working on a piece only after we have mutually agreed on all the details of the order and after the payment has been credited to the account. Normally your piece will be ready in 2 to 4 weeks.


Where can I try on the individual pieces from venna.studio?

As standard, we only have a few of our pieces in our studio and we do not keep any stock. If you'd like to try a piece, contact us directly via instagram message or email info@vennastudio.com and we'll let you know if we have that particular piece to try and when you can stop by.


Can I exchange or return the clothes?

In our venna.studio, we try to present each piece in as much detail as possible so that you are happy with your choice from the start. We offer small adjustments to your body type so that you feel like yourself in it. Thanks to this, every piece of clothing designed and made by us becomes an original. Pieces that have been tailored by us, outside of the recommended/standard size and fit, cannot be returned and please see our terms and conditions for more information. If it is an item that was purchased in the standard/recommended size/length and you wish to return it within 14 days of receiving it, we will refund the money in the form of a transferable gift voucher in the price of the item. The shipping costs associated with the return are not covered by venna.studio. Do you have any questions? Please contact us at info@vennastudio.com, including your order number if applicable.


I want to return the goods, how do I do it?

You have the legal right to return the goods within 14 calendar days of delivery and you have the right to cancel the purchase contract. If you choose to do so, please contact us at this email reklamace@vennastudio.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in the email. Naturally, you do not have to state this, but we would be happy if you did so that we know what we can improve in the future. We will reply to your email promptly and together we will sort out the next steps.


If you want to use the return form to return your purchase, please follow these steps. Pack unworn, unwashed and undamaged goods with original tags in the original packaging and send or deliver them back to our address venna.studio, Náměstí 28. října 17, Brno, along with the completed return form. After receiving the goods and acceptance of a proper return, we will send you the money back to the account from which the payment was made. In this case we do not cover the cost of shipping, but you can use Zásilkovna . The package can be easily submitted without complicated paperwork at your branch under the code 90030842, we will deduct the shipping cost when returning the money to the account. How can I claim the goods?

Is your piece from venna.studio not right? Please email us at info@vennastudio.com, please include your order number in the subject line and attach a photo of the defect and then fill out the return form. We will get back to you as soon as possible and we will agree on the next course of action. If it is a repair, this is always free of charge from us, you just need to deliver the piece at your own expense to our address. You can use personal delivery (by prior arrangement at Náměstí 28. října 17, Brno), Zasilkovna, Czech Post, etc. The claim period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the claimed item or piece of clothing, however, we will do everything possible to make it as soon as possible.


Refund, is it possible?

Did we alter your chosen piece to fit your body shape and it is still not right? Unfortunately at this point the item has become unsellable to us and cannot be refunded. Please read our terms and conditions for more information. If the goods from venna.studio are made in the recommended or standard length, they can be returned and the amount of money corresponding to the price of the goods will be refunded to you in the form of a gift voucher.  The amount of money returned in the form of a gift voucher is transferable to another person and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Goods that have not been customized, i.e. in the regular recommended size, can be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery and the amount of money corresponding to the amount of the item purchased will be refunded.
